Crobat + Dragalge Combo

Hello everyone!  One of my personal favorite cards to use is Team Plasma's Crobat.  I recently discovered a good way to use him alongside two other cards that make him a near unstoppable force.  While I do not have a deck setup for you today, I do have the basic frame of what could become a very competitive deck.  Below I have the three main cards that make this team awesome:  Team Plasma's Crobat, Dragalge, and Virbank City Gym.

The idea behind this setup is that Crobat poisons the opponent's active pokemon, putting four damage counter on it between turns, and Virbank City Gym will add 2 more damage counters between turns making for a devastating amount of damage dealt to the defending pokemon.  On top of that, Crobat's base damage is 40, meaning that in the first turn alone, 100 damage will have been done.  Meanwhile, Dragalge sits on the bench and uses his Poison Barrier ability which makes it so that your opponent's pokemon cannot retreat while poisoned.
I also considered the fact that there are a number of cards that can counter special conditions.  That is why I think it is a good idea to use these cards in the deck as well:
Hypnotic Laser is a good idea if your opponent chooses to use something like full heal, while Startling Megaphone is good for when the defending pokemon has a special condition-proof tool card attached like Sparkling Robe.

Glalie-EX Power Deck Setup

Hey everyone!  Today I will be showing a Pokemon deck I have created based around Glalie-EX.  After reading through some other setups that try to utilize Mega Glalie-EX, I have come to the conclusion that it is extremely difficult to competitively use the card in battle.  Getting 100 damage on your own card early on in the game just isn't an easy thing to do.  After the disappointment of Mega Glalie's tricky attack demands, I realized that plain old Glalie-EX is actually an amazing card- or can be if it is used properly with the right cards!  I will show you my setup, and then explain how it all works!  I also included the Amazon prices for each of the cards (except for basic energy) so that if you want to build this deck at home, you will know what the expense is (around/over $50.00 if you buy the exact amount of each)!

   Pokemon:
Glalie EX - $3.39 (4x)
Reuniclus – $1.05 (3x)
Duosion - $0.58 (2x)
Solosis - $0.19 (3x)
Manaphy EX - $4.28 (3x)
Jynx - $0.68 (2x)
   Trainers:
Battle reporter - $0.50 (4x)
Copycat - $0.50 (4x)
Bridgette - $0.95 (3x)
Rare Candy - $1.05 (4x)
Rough Seas - $1.99 (4x)
Energy Retrieval - $0.73 (2x)
Potion - $0.58 (4x)
   Energy:
Splash Energy - $0.73 (4x)
Water Energy – (14x)

Basically, how this deck will work is by using Glalie-Ex's attack that does 150 damage if both players have the same amount of cards in their hands.  Copycat and Battle Reporter ensure that this happens.  Since Glalie-EX only has 170 hp, Reuniclus and Jynx help get rid of the damage so that Glalie can have a longer lifespan.  Manaphy-EX soaks up Reuniclus' damage and at the same time helps Glalie and other water pokemon retreat for free.  Splash Energy will help to revive Glalie, and Rough Seas will get rid of the damage that Manaphy soaks up.  I haven't tried out this deck yet, so it might not be perfect, but if everything goes as intended, this deck could really do some damage.  This setup's purpose is to deal a lot of damage very quickly, but at the same time keep Glalie-EX from taking too much damage.  I would also suggest replacing some of the Splash Energy with VS Seeker, so that if needed you can get some of the copycats or battle reporters back from the discard pile.
Anyways, thanks a lot for reading my post, and make sure to subscribe by email so that when I post new content you are the first to know!  Also, comment and let me know what you think of my setup!
